First Impressions: The View! (And a Tiny Panic)
Right, so picture this: It's early morning, I've just wrestled two small humans into the car, and we're finally, finally arriving at Almas Suites. The lobby is… big. Really big. Like, "where are the little people?" big. Thankfully, the check-in wasn't the hellscape I'd prepared for (more on that later in the "Things to do" section). The staff were polite, efficient, and probably used to the chaos that arrives with every family of humans.
But the view. Oh. My. God. Seriously. From our suite (more on rooms later), we had this unbelievable panorama of Puteri Harbour. Specifically, LEGOLAND. There were Individually-wrapped food options, which was good, and Physical distancing of at least 1 meter was attempted. We booked a suite, and let me tell you, the views from our suite was breathtaking, the kids were ecstatic, all well and good. I was happy. The rooms are HUGE. Like, seriously spacious. We had a proper Seating Area (good for hiding from the kids!), a Sofa, a Desk (which I never used, because, hello, vacation!), and a Refrigerator.
